Wild Pick is a nature and foraging app developed by an independent developer based in Latvia.
Wild Pick is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Wild Pick.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@wildpick.app if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
You are solely responsible for the pins, visit reports, photos, and other content you post. By posting content, you grant Wild Pick a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store and display that content within the app.
You must not post content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content without notice.
Wild Pick is an informational tool only. It is NOT a substitute for expert identification or professional advice. Never consume wild plants, mushrooms, or berries unless you are fully confident in their identification from a qualified source. We accept no liability for harm, injury, illness, or death resulting from misidentification or reliance on information provided in the app.
Wild Pick offers optional paid subscriptions (Wild Pick Premium) processed through Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.
Wild Pick is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, personal injury, or property damage.
We do not guarantee that your data will be preserved or recoverable. We accept no liability for loss of pins, visit logs, photos, or any other user content for any reason, including technical failure, account deletion, or discontinuation of the service.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
All app content, design, and code – except user-generated content – is owned by the developer. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Latvian courts.
We may update these terms at any time. By continuing to use the app after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.

Wild Pick ir paredzēta personīgai, nekomerciālai lietošanai. Jums nav atļauts kopēt, modificēt, izplatīt vai veikt reverso inženieriju nevienai lietotnes daļai.
Wild Pick lietošanai jums jābūt vismaz 13 gadus vecam.
Jūs esat atbildīgs par sava konta drošību un visām darbībām, kas tajā notiek. Nekavējoties paziņojiet mums uz support@wildpick.app, ja jums ir aizdomas par neatļautu jūsu konta izmantošanu.
Jūs esat pilnībā atbildīgs par ievietotajām atzīmēm, apmeklējumu ziņojumiem, fotogrāfijām un citu saturu. Ievietojot saturu, jūs piešķirat Wild Pick neekskluzīvas, pasaules mēroga tiesības glabāt un attēlot šo saturu lietotnē.
Jums nav atļauts ievietot saturu, kas ir nelikumīgs, aizskarošs, maldinošs vai pārkāpj citu tiesības. Mēs paturam tiesības jebkurā laikā bez brīdinājuma dzēst jebkuru saturu.
Wild Pick ir tikai informatīvs rīks. Lietotne neaizstāj eksperta veiktu sugu noteikšanu vai profesionālu konsultāciju. Nekad nelietojiet uzturā savvaļā atrastas sēnes, augus vai ogas, ja neesat pilnībā pārliecināts par to identifikāciju. Mēs neuzņemamies nekādu atbildību par kaitējumu, traumu, slimību vai nāvi, kas radusies nepareizas identifikācijas vai paļaušanās uz lietotnē sniegto informāciju dēļ.
Wild Pick piedāvā neobligātus maksas abonementus (Wild Pick Premium), ko apstrādā Google Play. Abonementi automātiski atjaunojas, ja vien tie netiek atcelti vismaz 24 stundas pirms pašreizējā perioda beigām. Varat pārvaldīt vai atcelt abonementu savā Google Play konta iestatījumos. Mēs nepiedāvājam atmaksu, izņemot gadījumos, ko nosaka piemērojamie tiesību akti.
Wild Pick tiek nodrošināts "tāds, kāds ir" bez jebkādām garantijām. Ciktāl to atļauj tiesību akti, mēs neesam atbildīgi par tiešiem, netiešiem, nejaušiem vai izrietošiem zaudējumiem, kas radušies lietotnes izmantošanas rezultātā, tostarp datu zudumu, personīgu traumu vai īpašuma bojājumu.
Mēs negarantējam, ka jūsu dati tiks saglabāti vai atgūti. Mēs neuzņemamies atbildību par atzīmju, apmeklējumu žurnālu, fotogrāfiju vai cita lietotāja satura zaudēšanu jebkāda iemesla dēļ, tostarp tehniskas kļūmes, konta dzēšanas vai pakalpojuma pārtraukšanas gadījumā.
Mēs negarantējam nepārtrauktu un bez kļūdām pakalpojuma darbību. Pakalpojumu var modificēt, apturēt vai pārtraukt jebkurā laikā bez iepriekšēja paziņojuma.
Viss lietotnes saturs, dizains un kods – izņemot lietotāja ģenerēto saturu – pieder Wild Pick izstrādātājam un ir aizsargāts saskaņā ar piemērojamiem autortiesību un citiem intelektuālā īpašuma tiesību aktiem. Jums nav atļauts to reproducēt vai izplatīt bez atļaujas.
Šos noteikumus regulē Latvijas Republikas tiesību akti. Jebkuri strīdi ir pakļauti Latvijas tiesu jurisdikcijai.
Mēs varam jebkurā laikā atjaunināt šos noteikumus. Turpinot lietot lietotni pēc izmaiņu veikšanas, jūs piekrītat atjauninātajiem noteikumiem.
Mēs paturam tiesības apturēt vai dzēst jūsu kontu, ja tiek pārkāpti šie Lietošanas noteikumi vai ja lietotne tiek izmantota ļaunprātīgi, prettiesiski vai veidā, kas var kaitēt citiem lietotājiem vai Wild Pick darbībai.
Wild Pick izmanto trešo pušu pakalpojumus, piemēram, Google Play, Firebase un citus tehniskos pakalpojumu sniedzējus. Šo pakalpojumu izmantošanu regulē arī attiecīgo pakalpojumu sniedzēju noteikumi un privātuma politikas.
